What if something doesn't fit?
We understand that sometimes pieces don’t fit (or just aren’t flattering). To ensure that you get the most use out of your membership, we give you 48 hours from when your order is delivered to swap out any of your pieces for something different.
To complete a fit replacement, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you complete a fit replacement, please send back the items you are replacing ASAP to avoid any possible late fees. Your replacement item(s) will be due back when you send back your items at the end of the month.
